A high quality environmentally friendly building, opened in 2003, constructed of Scandinavian Pine containing sleeping accommodation for up to 30 persons. Leaders room sleeps 4 with ensuite facilities, Special Needs room sleeps 4 (top bunk can be removed), there is 1 further room for 4 and 3 rooms for 6. The building has central heating, a fully fitted stainless steel kitchen, shower and toilet facilities and dedicated special needs facilities.
Rowallan is especially suitable for Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and Brownies as it incorporates an alarm system which, when set, will sound should anyone enter or leave the building.
The cost includes all gas and electricity, also kitchen utensils, cutlery, mugs, plates, bowls for 30 persons and camp fees for up to 30 persons.
